Waterproofing A Mattress: A Solution For the Elderly

Not to put too fine a point on it, but the elderly even when they are being maintained at home can be susceptible to leaking at night, a quick way to destroying a mattress. I sent my sister a waterproof mattress cover for use with my Dad which has a nice soft toweling covering on one side and plastic on the other. This has worked wonders!
