I
have been using a light box on my desk for about 3-plus years now
and would not be without it. I also use the natural spectrum light
bulbs in my house. Once you make the change you never go back. Now
there are desk lamps, floor lamps, rise and shine bedside lamps
all made by the leading manufacturer. These are welcome and sensible
additions. For those of you suffering from SAD (Seasonal Affective
Disorder), there is a growing body of bona fide research showing
that these light boxes are nearly as effective as antidepressants.
