Summary: We were unexpectedly surprised when testing this new Frigidaire FAD7033RU 70 pint dehumidifier and put it through the paces. Initially, we had to turn it off and on a few times before we could determine if the compressor was actually operating since it was so quiet. Even though the humidity was very low at around 37 to 40 percent we were amazed to see water collecting in the bucket. It has an adjustable humidistat setting from 35 to 85 percent as well as a continuous setting. Furthermore, this Frigidaire has useful features like alerting you when the filter needs to be checked for cleaning which most of the time one will forget. The bucket allows easy access and the side panel opening makes connecting a garden hose for continuous drainage or pump option a cinch. The only thing we could find that most would consider a minor complaint is that they do not supply you with the continuous drainage hose. However, taking everything into account this Frigidaire 70 pint low temperature dehumidifier has to offer, we are very confident to recommend it to our customers.
