Dry Eye Treatment

The best treatment for dry eyes is to use liquefying eye drops. This is very important, as a dry eye can become infected.

It sounds like yours is more of a general medical condition, possibly related to Sjogren’s. It sounds like you are “spinning your wheels” and are not under a specialist’s care. You can get terribly confused when you go off in all directions without the benefit of a planned treatment.

I don’t believe any self-procured treatment is best for you without the guidance of a physician. First step is a diagnosis. Then let your doctor recommend treatment.
