The book for every bookshelf for every asthma sufferer is "Taking Charge of Asthma" by Betty Wray MD. Dr Wray is the former past president of the American College of Asthma, Allergy, and Immunology. Our Chief Medical officer, Murray Grossan really likes this one. The new era in health is being responsible for managing your own symptoms. Thankfully, Betty is a doctor who embraces that thinking.
