And what do I use? I use an Austin air hepa filter and a Blueair hepa ionizer combo and feel much better as a result.

I also use a Miele hepa vacuum cleaner. I was using it this morning and marveling at how quiet and easy it is to use. I dust with my hepa vacuum. Got to suck up those particulates one way or another.
